No. You are not required to proceed with an employee until you have interviewed the shortlisted candidates and selected someone suitable, subject to the agreed recruitment terms.

Yes. Working hours are agreed before recruitment and can be aligned with the client’s Australian operating hours.

OGP supports the employment relationship, payroll and general employee matters behind the scenes.
Your business provides training on its services, systems, processes and quality expectations. OGP assists with general employment onboarding and commencement.
The cost depends on the position, candidate experience, remuneration, working hours and employment requirements.

Yes. OGP provides lifetime replacement recruitment without charging another OGP recruitment or setup fee, subject to the service agreement.
